To submit a Support request, please contact and provide as much detail as possible regarding questions about your login ID, password, certification or training refreshers. Due to security, privacy and confidentiality requirements, Awareity must verify all Support requests have originated from the e-mail address of the User/Client.

Awareity’s Support Team is trained to solve your questions and needs, and we continue to receive excellent feedback from clients regarding how quickly and professionally Awareity responds to Support requests. If Extended Support options are needed, we can review and provide special pricing options.
